What is Alltags-Yoga?

For me, yoga is a place of stillness, an arrival at myself.

Through yoga I find the connection to myself and regain my calm. In this way I not only strengthen my mind, but also my body – both go hand in hand. Yoga is letting things flow – of the breath, of the thoughts, of being. Through yoga I learn every day that my everyday life is a wonderful gift – with all its challenges.

Alltags-Yoga is my german inspirational word for “yoga for everydays life”.

Alltags-Yoga should support you in experiencing your everyday life full of fulfilment, appreciation and love and thus make your life even more wonderful in this way.

And that’s exactly what I want to pass on through my work with yoga:
How, through mindful yoga practice, you can find your very own space within yourself that only belongs to you and in this way a deep stillness within you from which all your power and strength spring.

A stillness that allows you to listen deeply to what your heart desires, what is really important to you, how you shape your life and how you want to live.

A calm within you, from which you can take the small and big hurdles and challenges of life more easily, more peacefully and more relaxed.

Moments of relaxation that allow you to perceive and experience your everyday life more consciously, lovingly and appreciatively, so that you can say for yourself:
