Flip your dog and open your heart π€©π« Sometimes it is hard to dance πΆπππ But it is always worth to start with.
Do you know those days where you don’t feel that comfortable in your body, with yourself?
Today I had some of those days. My yoga practice early in the morning was cut off because I forgot about my early service at work π
It is ok but I felt it the whole day. Back home I started practicing and although the practice was great I felt uncomfortable in my body. I have recorded the whole class and when I am looked at it I thought “you are not enough, not elegant enough, your body is not enough”. All of those thoughts which sometimes come out of the blue even everything around is like I want it to be.
But… By practicing yoga I felt myself, I felt my inadequacy, I felt my discomfort in my body and even of those feelings I could start to dance and open my heart π. To dance the flow, to dance the practice, to dance my body and my soul. It felt great after and I have learned again that my thoughts aren’t to be my reality and it is always worth it to open your heart ππππ
So let’s start to dance and flip your dog π whenever we are feeling inadequacy, tightness, uncertainty or anything like that. We are worth it, no matter what ππΆππΆπ
