The dolphin is my most favorite animal since I am a child. This wonderful yoga asana is a lot…a beginning pose for inversions for strenthening your shoulders or just part of a vinyasa yoga flow.
Known as one of the most intelligent animal it is a amazing analogy regarding to yoga.
Finding strength, warmth, security and confidence…the dolphin is guiding you through all levels of learning and experiencing 🌊🙏
So lets practicing the Dolphin Pose in its whole beauty for gaining warmth, security and confidence being ourselves excactly as we are 💙🐬
