Do you have times where you want to take the short way or even want to cheat? I think we all have those moments and it is ok. Sometimes it is going to be ok and nothing will be missing. But there are moments or things in life where we have to take the Long way, learn it in the long Run. These moments are teaching us patience, gratitude and love. For the world, for the moment, for what we have to learn or want to schiefe but most of all for ourselves.
Yoga is something where you will find those Moments often and it is not that easy to accept.
For me backbends are really difficult. I am practicing backbends since years and of course Kam noticing changes and more flexibility but not like in other areas like hips, foreward folds or splits.
Today I am ok with it but it took me lots of inner work to calm down my inner voice which have told me so many times that is has to be easier and faster.
There are always challenges in our lifes and we have to get along with it. But it doesn`t always neues to get done the whole way. Often it is enough to take notice of it and move on.
